Growing up surrounded by Southern Thai seafood culture gave Lee an early connection to fresh ingredients and the bold, vibrant flavours of his island homeland.

Now under new ownership, we are proud to continue the wonderful local legacy that Mui built here with so much care over the years.

Lee’s journey across the UK hospitality industry is driven by a passion to share genuine Thai soul with a community that appreciates truly authentic cooking.
